  1. Meebo has been popular amongst many of the IT companies for chatting where the desktop messenger clients are blocked. Thats a personal observation of my friends who work in IT companies and BPOs.

    While opening up the API is a good idea to get in more applications with minimum people resources, there is a risk of a clutter of too many annoying applications. Take facebook for instance, in comparison with orkut as it stands today, there is too much of noise and fatigue created by some vague applications invites sent by friends as a mass-forward

Yes we rback early this week with an exclusive interview with Meebo Founder and CEO Seth Sternberg. In this interview we ask Seth about why do companies open their API’s and why did Meebo recently open its API to developers?
